We ship Worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Customs fees may occur.

Domestic orders (US) ship $10 flat.

We use minimal and compostable packaging.

Returns / Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Herderin. We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. We accept qualifying returns for refund or store credit/exchange if requested within 7 days of receipt. Qualifying returns must be from domestic orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. International orders and marked-down styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  All orders are considered final sale after 7 days from receipt.

Return Process

You can begin your return by e-mailing info@herderin.com.

Please have the following information ready:

  • CUSTOMER ORDER (PO) NUMBER
  • REASON FOR RETURN
  • EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER
  • ITEM(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN

    The CUSTOMER ORDER (PO) NUMBER can be easily found in the subject and body of your Order and Shipment confirmation emails.

    Once submitted and eligibility is confirmed, you can return your purchase, and a flat return and restocking cost of $20 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount. We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. You will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued.  

    Please take care when packaging your return to best avoid any damage during transit and include order form in the return package.

     
    Herderin LLC holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.
