A wabi way of making meaningful clothing

a wabi way
The wabi way of clothing making is not one that is particularly concerned with learning everything the traditional way and then building upon that. Rather, it is for those who seek limitless opportunities in making clothing in a functional and meaningful way.
It could be for the master craftsperson who seeks to develop a new theory in clothing design and making — sure — but it is also for the creative soul who seeks to make clothing in the same fashion one would learn how to paint, bake bread, grow a garden.
It is not for the person who is looking for an anal attention to detail; it is not like a math equation that leads to the exact answer every single time. Nonetheless, it’s meant to be a strong, grounded guide that will not desert you in times that you really need a direct yes or no answer.
Wabi means to embrace imperfection, but it does not mean to strive for it. In other words, the lines are still relatively clean, and the garment comes out looking like something, well, you simply can not just buy.
